Q. What is an affinity group?
An affinity group is a collection of individual customers who have a common interest whose particular insurance requirements can be organised and managed under one entity bringing economies of scale and permitting a unique and bespoke insurance solution.
Q. What affinity Groups do you arrange insurance for?
We specialise in arranging personal accident and group travel insurance solutions in the Sports and Education sector for direct clients and specialist tour operators.
Q. Are you authorised and regulated?
We are authorised and regulated by the FInancial Conduct Authority (formerly the Financial Services Authority) for non investment insurance contracts. Registration number 309725.
Q. Which insurers do you deal with?
We deal with most of the major insurance companies in their London market offices. We focus on the quality of the insurers product and service offering and their financial standing
Q. How are you remunerated ?
We receive a commission from insurers or in some cases we will work on an agreed fee with you?
Q. What about the claims service?
We will manage and navigate the claims process for you from the very start through to completion.
Q. What is the RMCI Service?
We take a keen interest in meeting with you wherever possible to understand in detail your business insurance requirements. We will provide a general broking and management service with a focus on a vey high level of attention to detail and planning. Should we ever fall short we have a detailed complaints procedure set out on the website. We take our responsibility to our clients very seriously.
